Personalised Items

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Please carefully review your order, before placing. Unfortunately, we would be unable to rectify any spelling, selections or custom details mistakes/error made by you when placing the order. You will need to place a new order to have it fixed.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs

• A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
