It began with a simple desire: to create meaningful gifts that help people stay connected to their roots or celebrate their love of Africa.

We believe that knowing your heritage and taking pride in it creates stability, identity and strength. Like deep roots that protect a tree from storms, culture grounds us. It tells us who we are and where we come from, no matter how far we have travelled.

As a mother raising children abroad, I wanted more than occasional conversations about our heritage. I wanted our culture to live strong in our daily lives through everyday reminders. Something they could wear with pride. Something that sparks memories, signals identity and honours our lineage.
