Delivery & Returns Info

We know how important fast and safe delivery is to you, so we ensure that all our gifts are delivered in the shortest time possible!

Please check your basket for the delivery estimate for each of your items.

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 days.

There is a standard delivery charge of £2.99 for all items on the website unless otherwise specified. Orders over £35 have free standard delivery within the UK.

Standard Delivery within the UK - 2-3 working days following dispatched of your order.

Sadly, we are are currently unable to do so. 

It is our aim to offer next day delivery as an option in the near future.  

However, if you need an item urgently, please email us on our contact us page and we will do our very best to help.

 

There is a charge on all orders to Europe, USA, Canada & Australia and for the rest of the world.

For larger items please call or email us from our contact us page for specific delivery quotes to Europe and for information about delivery to the rest of the world.

Please note deliveries outside of the UK may incur additional import charges. AfroGifting Gift Shop is not responsible for ensuring these charges are paid and are not included in the delivery fee.

We do not include invoices in our packages, so you can send your gift directly to the recipient.

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. Therefore, if you’re not completed satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought, simply return it to us anytime within 7 working days of receipt.

 

If a non-personalised item(s) is returned with 7 working days, we will happily issue a full refund of the cost of the item(s). 

Should you want to return an item because of an error or due to a defect on our part, then we will refund the full value of the goods and your cost in returning it to us. You can contact us via our contact us with a full description of the issue , images are welcomed. We will then be able to provide you with an address to forward your returns to.
